About Us

What is BenePLAN?

BenePLAN is a service program of Work Without Limits, that consists of a team of benefits counselors certified by Virginia Commonwealth University. This team assists job seekers or working individuals with disabilities and their family members to understand how work earnings or wage increases affect eligibility for public benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Medicaid (MassHealth), and/or Medicare and other disability and low income benefits and programs.

What services do we provide?

BenePLAN provides individualized benefits counseling to anyone:

  • Residing in our coverage area,
  • Receiving SSI, SSDI and/or any other public benefits, and
  • Who is actively seeking employment, currently working, or age 14 through 25 regardless of their work status.

How do I get services?

If interested in BenePLAN services, download and complete our Referral Packet so one of our benefits counselors can reach you. Please note: Instructions regarding our referral process are provided on page 1 of the Referral Packet.
